Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show discussing the fact that people who have been vaccinated for COVID 19 are still contracting the virus. Asserting this because these people continue to eat gluten. Damaging their intestines ultimately killing the bone marrow. Compromising their ability to make white blood cells needed to fight the virus. Stating that the vaccine doesn’t kill the virus but alerts the immune system that the virus is something to be attacked.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article regarding the health benefits of mushrooms. Studies have shown that mushrooms contain compounds that protect the brain from inflammation that contributes to dementia. Lion’s mane mushrooms have been found to improve mild cognitive impairment. These compounds also boost the production of nerve growth factor.
