Youngevity Banana Muffins

Our “Taste of Youngevity Week” continues with another amazing day of deals! Our ProJoba Pollen Burst, SaXi (Michelle Wallach’s Favorite!), and Nutmeg Blend Baking

Ingredients

3 large rip bananas,mashed

2 tablespoons raw honey

1 egg,slightly beaten

1/3 melted butter (no salt)

1 tablespoon baking soda

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 cup almond flour /meal

1/2 cup coconut flour

2 tablespoons cocoa nibs

2 tablespoons Nutmeg Blend Baking Spice

1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

Note: normal flour, sugar, or stevia & chopped dark chocolate can be used. You decide.

Directions

Preheat oven to 375F / 190C (less if fan forced). Mash bananas in a large bowl. Add honey and slightly beaten egg. Add melted butter. Add the dry ingredients and spoon mixture into a silicone muffin tray or buttered muffin tin or cases. Place in oven and bake for 20 mins. Serve hot or cold. Can be frozen for up to 1 month for snacks.

Note: if using Almond flour and Coconut flour, muffins will not rise as much.They are slightly more dense in texture as pictured. Enjoy!!
