Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach start discussing a news article concerning celiac disease. A study found that celiac disease patients had high levels of reovirus in their bloodstreams. Researchers believe that once infected with the virus it leads to a more severe immune response. Doc disagrees asserting that humans were never meant to eat wheat so the reovirus has nothing to do with celac disease.
